The key to a solid putting stroke is to keep your body and head still throughout your putt. People naturally want to follow the ball to the hole as it leaves the putter, but often move their head and body in the process . Try focusing on the "spot" where the ball lies and remain focused on that spot after you strike the ball with your putter.
